The Pompadour Head Chef, Daniel Ashmore has designed a very special menu to celebrate all things truffle this autumn. Diners will be able to indulge in a delicious four-course menu, with each course inspired by truffles, during the Tempting Truffles Dinner on Thursday 8 November at 6:30pm.
An ambitious challenge, the menu has been inspired by Chef Dan’s love of this rare, decadent ingredient. The carefully selected truffles for the menu will be supplied by Zak Frost of Wiltshire Truffles, with English Black Autumn Truffles and Italian White Truffles two of the four featured.
